Beau Bridges is an American actor.
Born Lloyd Bridges III in Los Angeles to Lloyd Bridges, and brother of fellow actor Jeff Bridges, he began acting at the age of seven with No Minor Vices. As he grew older, he found guest work in hit television series including The Fugitive and Bonanza.
Bridges featured alongside his brother in the motion picture The Fabulous Baker Boys, where they played the titular characters. He won a Grammy Award for his reading of Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth, and also gained praise and an Emmy nomination for his role as Carl Hickey in My Name is Earl.
Bridges sang in only one film role, performing a number of standards alongside his brother in The Fabulous Baker Boys, but would later feature as J.B. Bigley in the revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.
