Caroline Quentin is an English actress.
Biography
Born Caroline Jones in Reigate, Surrey, she studied at the Arts Educational School and began acting on stage, notably playing Masha in The Seagull. Her career took off after being cast in the succesful, long running comedy Men Behaving Badly. This was followed by a subsequent long-running role in Jonathan Creek.
Quentin continued to appear in a variety of projects, including the stage play Von Trapped, the Marks & Spencers food advertisement campaign and a series of travel documentaries detailing her journeys through India and Cornwall respectively.
Singing
Quentin made a notable singing appearance in her early career as part of the original London chorus in Les Misérables. She later returned to musicals in 2011 playing Berthe in Pippin and a Pierrot in Oh! What a Lovely War. She also released a single with Men Behaving Badly co-star Leslie Ash, entitled Tell Him.
