Steve Buscemi is an American actor and singer.

Biography[]

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Buscemi studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Institute and made his film debut in 1985's The Way It Is. He came to public recognition due to collaborations with the Coen Brothers including Miller's Crossing and Fargo as well as playing Mr. Pink in Reservoir Dogs.

Buscemi appeared in a variety of films both indie and blockbuster, such as Armageddon and Ghost World, as well providing the voices of Randall Boggs in the Monsters Inc. franchise (2001–present) and Wayne in the Hotel Transylvania franchise. He also appeared in a number of television shows, playing long-running guest Tony Blundetto in The Sopranos and the leading role of Enoch "Nucky" Thompson in Boardwalk Empire.

Singing[]

While never having any major musical roles, Buscemi sang in a number of films, including Somebody to Love (duetting on "Romeo's Aria"), The Wedding Singer and The Impostors. He also appeared on the soundtrack of Hotel Transylvania, singing "Where Did the Time Go Girl".
