Ian Trigger was an English actor.

Biography[]

Born in Plymouth, England, Trigger made history by becoming the youngest student to enter RADA, where he frequently performed in Shakespeare, and notably appeared in Joe Orton's Loot in Oregon.

Trigger frequently appeared on television in such series as Dixon of Dock Green and Ace of Wands, as well as several films such as Up Pompeii.

He passed away in 2010.

Singing[]

Trigger appeared in a number of stage shows and musical films, beginning with the television production of Pickwick (in which he played Winkle) and the 1972 adaptation of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. He also played the role of Dan in the Young Vic's production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat the same year.
