Jill Haworth was an English actress.
Born in Hove, Sussex as Valerie Haworth, she attended Sadler's Wells Ballet School and Corona Stage School. She made her film debut in 1959's The 39 Steps but gained recognition after being cast in Exodus, which resulted in a five year contract with Otto Preminger, who refused to allow her to appear in several other films.
Haworth appeared in a number of horror films, including Tower of Evil and It!, and played Sally Bowles in the original Broadway production of Cabaret. She appeared in fewer films in later years, and passed away in 2011.
Haworth only had one singing part, yet it was quite notable; originating the role of Sally Bowles in Cabaret.
