Melissa Suffield is an English actress.

Biography

Born in London, England, Suffield began her acting career in children's television, and provided a voice for the CBeebies programme Boo!. However she first became recognised as the original Lucy Beale in the English soap EastEnders from 2004 to 2010.

Suffield also appeared in several watchdog programmes, as well as making guest appearances on long running series' such as Casualty.

Singing

Suffield has appeared in two productions, beginning with two musical medleys performed for Children in Need by the cast of EastEnders (a Beatles tribute and Motown medley respectively). She also originated the lead role in the biographical musical Norma Jeane.
