Susannah Doyle is an English actress.

Biography[]

Born in Kingston-upon-Thames, London, Doyle made her big break as cynical P.A. Joy Merryweather and appeared in a number of film and television roles, including playing her father's onscreen daughter in Ballykissangel and appearing in About a Boy and Scandal, the true life story of the Profumo affair. In addition, she began to work as a scriptwriter and director.

Singing[]

Doyle sang several times during her role in Drop the Dead Donkey, the most notable occasion being her rendition of "These Boots Are Made for Walking", which she uses to intimidate reporter Damien Day.
