Virginia Sandifur is an American actress.

Biography

Born in Alameda, California, she was predominantly a musical theatre actress, but also made a handful of screen appearances including the film Deadly Hero and the television series The Equalizer.

Singing

Sandifur appeared in a large number of musicals, making her debut in the chorus of Oliver! before understudying the roles of Kathy and April in Company. Her breakout role came playing Young Phyllis in the original production of Follies (and she would later return to the play to the older version of the character in 2003).

Sandifur went on to appear as Eve Harrington in the national tour of Applause, as well as originating roles in Smith and The Sheik of Avenue B and appearing in productions of I Love My Wife and No, No, Nanette.
